Yes, but is that for solid fueled rockets and hybrid rockets? Hybrid rockets are much different than solid fueled ones. Solid fueled already have the oxidizer and fuel mixed which could be ignited at anytime but a hybrid rocket has the two separated until the time of ignition.

I hope you don't kill yourself trying to make rocket fuel...

For [expletive deleted] sake crazyfreak0075 you had a basic combustion explode on you. Unless you're trying to contend for a Darwin Award don't mess with this stuff.

are hybrid rockets legal to be tested in the united states?
in the upcoming presidential election, there will be several candidates who will be running, one of whom is Hillary Clinton. Now WAIT A SECOND!!! I though there was some sort of rule that prevented someone from serving more than two terms in office. Vote Against Hillary: Presidential Elections 08

Since it seems that to launch a homemade chemical rocket motor is illegal, Ive decided to experiment with steam rockets which are not illegal. I plan on making a few prototype engines first out of 3/4" copper. Any suggestions of a large pressure chamber that doesn't weigh to much and can hold around 6 - 700PSI and really high temperatures?

In case you don't know a steam rocket works from the water inside the pressure chamber being full of water and then being heated beyond boiling point but it cannot be come steam because it is in the chamber then when it exists the nozzle it instantly turns to steam really violently causing quite a bit of thrust, not as good as a normal rocket motor but you can always scale it up.

not the best explanation but I think you get the idea.

Where in Canada are you, because people where I live have rockets.
Although, if I were you I wouldn't try to build a rocket, you'd end up killing yourself, I looked into it 5 days ago and decided on a jet engine instead
