It's shooting a wad of tissue paper right through a piece of paper @ 200 PSI!

I'm attaching pics of my piston... not original for spudguns but it's different from any other pen gun I've seen posted. Instead of solid rubber, it's rubber glued to a metal piston.

yeah the pump was only 25 bucks at Sports Chalet. It was an impulse buy, actually (I knew I would be using it for guns like this even though I hadn't made any yet).

Nice pen gun and the video link works here in the USA. Other countries may not allow Google video. Youtube is the most universal but content from restricted countries cannot be viewed here in the USA.

Try www.Photobucket.com, it's free and will probably get to those countries Google wont. Put the video on both places.

Nice!

Some comments:

- nice shock pump :) but what's stopping you from going to 400 psi?

- try using one 6mm and one 4.5mm BB in the cap (4.5mm touching the schrader) it will give you better pilot flow and the valve will open quicker

- it's a good idea - as long as you're safety conscious - to pressurise your pen gun first, before loading the ammunition. If not, you can poke in something that will then get between the piston and the breech and not allow your piston to seal, meaning you have to take it apart again...
