Without putting too much thought into it, I epoxied a check-valve in my air-chamber without first cleaning the grease out. I did casually wipe it with my fingers though, but I don't think that counts. Can it still take 100psi without coming lose, it seems to be sturdily stuck in place but I'm not 100% sure it will effectively handle the high psi. What do you think??

if you epoxied a threaded or heavily roughened part, it shouldn't be that much of a problem. If not, I would redo it.

Do a hydrostatic test of it before using it for gas, and if it moves at 100psi then you know it isn't up to the job ;) But strength of the joint really depends on what epoxy you're using though, have a careful look at the packaging or Google the brand etc, that might yield some answers as to it's strength.

It's a set in 5min Steel epoxy. Would pressing down with 100lbs body weight simulate the 100psi?

Yeah. Just remotely fill it to at least 100 (150 or 200 to test its limits) and see if it shoots out
