Most fire extinguishers are 3/4 inch usually. You would have to do what dewey did and.weld a 1 1/2 inch fitting, or find another chamber....see if your pops knows a welder. Its simple for someone who welds to do this, a 15 minute job...
Go Bruins!!!!
I know one guy who welds i'll see if he will do it. Also is black iron safe for spud guns using 200 psi or more.

Use one of these, they are steel not black iron.8tonsemi wrote:I know one guy who welds i'll see if he will do it. Also is black iron safe for spud guns using 200 psi or more.
ok thanks. I see if he can do the job. Other wise I'll pay a welding service to do it.
(edit) I forgot to ask what sized hole do you need to drill in the fire extinguiser and what do you use to cut it. Thanks 8tonsemi.

My 2.5 inch build photos should give you plenty of ideas on how to cut the hole for the pipe.

I looked up your location. I agree, it would cost a fortune to ship.

I admire your willpower Tech, if I had a hole punch like that I would have fired it out of something ages ago

I just finished painting the inside of the tank tank. Should I have waited until after I welded.
