Just found this nice Home made co2 ARROW GUN on You Tube, I have a pressure washer and want to try make one of these things.
As per video though, the guy says the heavy pull on the trigger will definitely decrease accuracy so something would have to be modded to counteract that?

Basically a home made version of this:

Using the pressure washer valve directly is a poor choice for accuracy, first off it requires a lot of effort and secondly you can never be sure of consistent power because it depends entirely on how fast you pull the lever.
Not a problem with a BBMG, but an issue with a single shot launcher.
I would go for a regged air supply of around 450 psi, with a QEV and 3 way valve system.
Also, I would make it like this

I tried to make a replica of the Helsing, problem is according to the game, the arrows are loaded inside a firing tube instead fitted as the FX verminator

That means better performance, as it is the Verminator has a very small pushing area so has much less power potential.wyz2285 wrote:I tried to make a replica of the Helsing, problem is according to the game, the arrows are loaded inside a firing tube instead fitted as the FX verminator

The arrows stabilizers don't allow a tight fit, and use sabots isn't very practical. That means better performance, as it is the Verminator has a very small pushing area so has much less power potential.
BTW Metro-last light will be released in 5 days

It's certainly the most common solution, here's another company that offers something similar: http://www.airarcher.com/index.html
The Airrow conversions also use a slim barrel which fits into the arrow shaft: http://www.swivelmachine.com/index.htm
