up the pressure and you can reduce those seconds to milliseconds1nxtmonster wrote:With the silencer at long range you can barely make out a muffled "pfft" a second or two before you get drilled.

But on a more serious note, up until now, I've been using an air compressor that only goes to 100 psi. I'm getting c02 reg and tanks in the mail on friday-ish, and the lowest pressure rated part is 150 psi for the qev.....this only means one thing...MOAH POWER!![]()
For anyone who has done something like this, how much more power can the gap from 100 to 150 psi give?

not much, I dont even shoot when pressure drops to 150 psi. If you got a fridge, take out it's compressor ..it goes up to 500 psi i think. Now you will get decent power. And if you use steel bb, you got yoursel a PCP.1nxtmonster wrote:I don't even wanna think about how much pressure that would take![]()

oh... i'm getting 400-500 fps at 100 psi. If I get as much as a jump in performance from say 100 to 150 psi as I do from 70 to 100 psi, then i should be getting "decent power"bravootome wrote:not much, I dont even shoot when pressure drops to 150 psi. with higer power the bb fly different, you wont need a hop up. I goes straight and it also has enough force after 25 m to smash a beer bottle. Also much more important is the barrel.1nxtmonster wrote:oh... i'm getting 400-500 fps at 100 psi.
