So I'm new here and I bet jsut about everyone has asked this at some point but alas, I shall once again. Does anyone know about the legality of a combustion tater cannon in Oklahoma? I can't find anything about it anywhere. All I've found is that the ATF doesn't consider them firearms.

Well from what that says any potato gun thats combustion powered is illegal. Hmm. That sucks. I've read other places that said the ATF thing said they were legal though. I think someone needs to figure it out for serious.

Stay away from the public with them though. Stay in private areas or forests or deserts.
