I agree why dont you just buy the god damn tube coz you'll end up with burn-threw anyways(excess metal on the inside of your bodgy job home-made tube)
anyways fact: you could use 1.2mm sheet and still achieve a pressure rating of 1000psi+ considering you can weld properly

All you have to do is cut pvc pipe in half and then boil it until it is soft. Then flatten it to your liking.
