ok i know there are hundreds of posts like this but iv searched and cant find anything

but iv built my first piston valve and and it seals and holds pressure but wen i vent it (through blowgun) the piston it doesn't pull back right up until the end of the pressure and it only lets a tiny tiny bit out

plz can anyboby help me
oh and my chamber is 400mm of 25mm, barrel is a 500mm 6mm, and the piston housing is a 25mm T

Just get a bigger pilot valve.

i need to keep the pilot valve 1/4 because of a desgin im making and the blow gun is a major part

Then use a .25" ball valve, a blowgun won't do it.

a blowgun will do it i have proved that.

its will end up being the pilot volume and the seal between the pilot volume and chamber/barrel seal.

Naah. Electrical tape would work much better than duct tape for those purposes. (referring to the picture)

Or you could try modding your blowgun.

i wouldn't use duck tape seeing as it can stick to the pvc somtimes.

ok thnx i suppose it would be better with electricle tape.

i only used it in the pic coz that is what he has been using.
