My cannon needs a name! And a paint job

Whats the best method to spraypaint abs pipe? Does the light sanding need to be done too?

I just dont like the look of the print on top of the black but want to add some other colors too.

And i was thinking it may be better to spraypaint my pipe before drilling the holes for the ignition. A good idea? or should i paint after?

if i were you i would drill everything and then paint it. if you paint evrything and then drill you have a chance of scratching evrything. and you nevr know how you are gana do your ignition too.
