supah plus pneumatic chamber size

i just ordered a supah plus and i was wondering if a 4" x 46 inch chamber is sufficient or should i go with a bigger chamber? if anyone has any suggestions of the chamber size please reply.

would a 4 x30 chamber be too big for a bicycle pump? combustion would be too loud for where I want to use these. I intend to attach a 5' tennis ball...

I have tried to figure this out with the ggdt. I want to shoot nerf rockets from a 2x26 ish barrel with a 1 modded sprinkler valve at around 100psi....
