how do you get the parachute to deploy at whatever height?

hey, if you are lookin for a shotgun shell that will fit, use a 410 shotgun shell
they are probably small enough but they are hard to find.

The deployment system is pretty darn ghetto. When It gets to the highest point of the launch it usually opens (the key word is usually). You just have to pack it in tight enough.
