mini pill bottle cannon fuels

i have made a mini cannon and it is a pain to get the right feul air mix i have used butane (i did not really get to try this much because my lighter ran out soon after i started testing) , hairspray, deoderant. what are some things that have worked for you and what has not

if you can find Final Net hair spray it works very well

Try making a cone out of paper, stick it into the chamber, and most of the hairspray won't enter the chamber avoiding over-fueling. Basically, make the chamber hole smaller so all that spray doesnt enter the chamber. Also, just rip the gas out of a long-nosed light and that release very small amount of butane.
