Good point, but it is more likely that the tank can withstand higher pressure, but it has the pop off because 45 psi is the max, designed for, operationg pressure. I'd say it would probably burst at around 100 psi or so, so If you keep it at 60 psi you should be alright. But always test these things before implementing them.I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that if the safety valve popped off at 45 PSI then it's only designed to handle up to 45PSI.
