Best way to pass wires through chamber wall?

I need to run a few wires through the wall of my chamber. One is running to my fan and the others come from the two pairs of screws. I prefer not to drill the screws through chamber wall because it will make four holes. I'd rather just make one.

What is the best way to seal this hole while still allowing for the wires to pass through it?

maby you can make your chamber big enough to hold all the parts inside and use wireless remote??

i think your asking a bit much from your cannon, it is a interesting question though, let us know if you come up with something

The idea is to be safer by drilling as few holes into the chamber walls as possible.

this is what i had in mind for stashing all the workings inside the chamber, if pvc can keep cumbustion inside, why cant it keep battery pack/igniter/magnetic stwich protected from combustion, just come up with safty feature for not misfireing magnetic switch

Good Idea Jrrdw, but sadly enough you be better off just doing the norm (passing the wires via a bolt) Because first you would have to set both the chamber fan and the ignition to be remotly activated then on top of that you would need to put a timer on the chamber fan. Also if your worryied about the chamber failing via holes in chamber, simply threading the bolts in then fasten them with a bolt on the back sid, would bring more pertection then necessary. On the other hand I would never suggest that you pass the wires through the chamber and simply epoxy them. So in short just take ST's advice, and pass the wires via a nut and bolt.
