Hello everyone..

well i'm a new member in here.. n i need help in doing my project..

actually it's not very complicated but the thing is that i have problems in making a perfect design of it..

the project is to design a device to shoot a ping pong ball.. using these materials:

*a pair of scissors
* 1 meter of cotton string
* 3 wooden pencils
*2 papper clips
* 2 rubber bands
* 2 A4 sheets
* 1 bottle of water (500ml) it can be filled with water
* sticky tape

the rule is that we cannot use human power in streching the rubber band not before or after nor during the experinment ..

sooo your first post is about you wanting help on a project thats not even spud gun related at all and you put it in the wrong section and you use big font and colors.

Looks like you'll be wanting to make one of these then, looking at the materials you have available it won't be too hard to come up with something.

Here's what you do roll up the tube of paper. Hold it together with the rubber band, tape, and paper clips. You could even wrap the string around it. Fill the bottle with water. Stick the pencils in your ears and place the ball at one end of the tube. Take a sip of water from the bottle...swallow... and then place your mouth on the end of the tube and give it a quick burst of air....your very own home made ping pong ball cannon.... technically it follows all of the rules listed....

Now, you take the rubber bands and you cut them each in half. Tie the piece of cotton to either end of one elastic band. Soak this in the bottled water for 6 hours whilst occasionally adding wooden pencils.

You have made a mess, well done.
