Just to clarify before I order-
2.5" sched 40 pvc (2.445" ID) is the least tight-fitting of the various TB barrel options correct?

(this will be for an over/under tennis ball gun for my younger cousins, so power isn't a big issue)

Its still pretty tight of a fit.

Especially with new, full of fuzz tennis balls....yes sched 40 2.5" is the barrel of choice for TBs.
