Does anyone else have trouble fitting tennis balls in 2.5" PVC? I have a 2.5" gun and I have to squeeze and stuff them down the barrel. I think it probably loses some power because of how tight it is. Any suggestions would be helpful.

It's says very very tight fit, burn the hair off if you want it to go in easier....

Burning the hair makes it more aerodynamic too, but it smells like shit :D

Why not just peel off the skin?It is just a rubber ball inside,a hollow one.If it is then too loose just wrap tape around it.

or make a barrel brush and sand the inside of your barrel.

Sanding the inside of a barrel would ruin its low friction qualities by roughening the inside. I would just go with the 2.5" SDR-21 if you can find it.

I have no idea where to find that. The biggest pipe I can get around here is 2" unless I get ABS and they don't even have 2.5" ABS. I just found the 2.5" PVC lying around at this place in 2 20 foot lengths. Some guy had ordered it but never picked it up so the people working there let me buy it.
