I've heard of a gas heater ingiter and a gas grill ingiter. I've diffently seen what a electic gas grill ingiter is. But whats the difference or are they the same thing?

I'd figure they're the same thing. They both ignite gas so...

They are essentially the same thing. A gas heater igniter's purpose is to ignite gas to heat; futhermore, a gas grill igniter does the same thing- it ignites gas to heat.

They both use either Peizo manual ignitor's or electronically battery operated ignitors.

I'm with CasinoV, piezoelectric grill ignitors are cheap, and they last a long time, I have had a few since the beginning of Summer and they still work.
