This should probably have been put in Website Discussion... and I think he said that chat will be brought back up with the new Spudfiles.

But that's not to say I don't miss chat. There'd be a lot less wasteful posting if we had chat up again

Because it stresses the server to the point of effecting the functionality of Spudfiles.
