Inline Vortex BBMG

Hello all,
I've been looking aroiund this forum for info for a couple of years now and I thought I would post my own project. This is my first ever post so I hope you like it.

The parts and materials I started with were: an airsoft stock, 50mm OD 40mm ID and 200mm long clear acrylic tube for the magazine and firing chamber, a billet of aluminium bar, a blow gun and inner and outer barrel.
I started by turning down the aluminium to 50mm to match the od of the tube. I cut in to 40mm 50mm long for the vortex block to fit inside the tube, i did this for another bit 10mm in for the end cap.

I did the rest by hand using a hacksaw, file and obviously drills. This took quite a bit longer than I expected but this is what the finished block looks like

Assembled with aluminium outer barrel and 6.3mm id inner barrel, 400mm long
