qev valve setup

Need some help to make this qev work. What's wrong with my.setup?

Looks to me like you have equal and constant pressure between the pilot and main chamber. You have to relieve the pilot chamber to make the QEV do it's thing.

Thank you got it working with a few mods. The needle valve slowly let's air fill the chambers but still allows quick discharge.

Any design mods to help a newbie? This is my first one.

Question: Is the tubing in the back a active air passage or a sling for carrying?

Yes. The back air line is active air pressure. It's a needle valve which is letting a small amount of air fill. About one shot a second.The small pipe is just so I can hook up compressor air.
