Camera Stun gun questions

Could I wire two camera stun guns together in series to make it 2 times the shock? Would this be how I wire them in series?




The black things are just copper peices that connect to the bulb incase anyone was wondering.



And I was just wondering, if a camera stun gun only has 300 volts and it is a pretty good shock how do they have 700,000 volt stun guns? Wouldn't they like kill you?

They have a different number of amps and watts, where the real power is. And about the camera stun gun, that should work fine, but I don't know if that would make double the shock. Plus, those things hurt like hell. Why would you want t doubled?

If I use 2 then I will probably wire them to a project box with a button on it and bolts like the picture. I just think it isn't powerful enough. I can always take the other one off if its too bad.

Friends lol most of my friends like getting shocked. Well they did until I shocked them with this but now I am going to make a cattle prong and probably use 2 of them. Does it matter which wires I wire together for it to be wired in series. I don't want to mess them up I dont have that many cameras left.

1. You guys remind me of Jackass 2, which I recently watched.
2. To double your power, you don't need two cameras. Just add another capacitor in parallel with the one already installed. Make sure you use the same kind of cap (since I smell electronic n00bness and that way you'd be on the safe side). The downside is that it will charge in twice the time. And mind your polarities.

Don't get your capictors the wrong way round - they'll go bang and be wrecked.

Stun guns use a higher voltage - not a higher current. Amps is what kills, rather than voltage.

Yeah me and my friends saw jackass 2 and I actually live in West Chester where Bam and some of the cast are from. I actually talked to him the other day. But if I use 2 capacitors then don't I need 2 batteries too? I was thinking of using a 9v battery because I just got 9v battery connectors for my fan and it comes with like 5. So could I just break off the capacitor and wire it to the other capacitor and then wire a 9v battery connector in place of the AA battery? Or do I even need the circuit board? Could I just break off two capacitors wire them in series to a 9v? The only problem I can think of with that is how would I charge the flash?


EDIT: So if I was going to wire capacitors in parallel would this be how I do it?

Using just two camera caps and a 9v battery will be quite powerful (and it will charge in no time at all), but the camera's circuit board charges the caps at 200 or 300 volts, so it will pack quite a punch. If I were you, I wouldn't use it on humans. Unfortunately, you probably won't be able to use more/more powerful batteries than what it was designed for, as I don't think the oscillator can handle it.

I\'ve used 2 x 1.5v batteries to run a charging circuit and I know of other people that have used 4.

There will be a limit of course, probably not a good idea to use 2 x 9v batteries to charge it for example.

Yeah I talked to Pete Zaria and he said I wouldn't be able to use a 9v, I could only use up to 4v so I will probably just use 2 AA's and 2 capacitors and a camera circuit board. So that should give me 2 times the power of one capacitor right? Like 660 volts?
