Lol, The title throws you a bit, Aye? You thought this was gunna be HIGH TECH! No...It's a mini combustion with a pen tube that was perfectly rifled! It can throw a pencil out of sight when aimed up.

The crayola twisty pens I have seen are twisty on the outsdie but not on the inside, although yours might be different.
