Mini 12V compressor for hybrid?

Has anyone tried to use one of these cheapie 12V air compressors to get a hybrid up to say 60PSI? Or would it take like 15 minutes to reach pressure? I'm trying to stop using oxygen, but stay portable and not require a full-sized air compressor.

i thourght about buying one for a new pneumatic im making but every one told me it would take way to long to fill so i would just go with a nice light high pressure bike pump 8)
