How does your bolt action thing work? Can you draw a diagram of how it works? It looks weird but really cool. I might use the same system in one of my cannons.

Ah! I get it, opposite from the typical configuration. Just to avoid future confusion, the larger chamber on top (when held in firing position) is the chamber. The blow gun then is the valve to the BB barrel. Suppose I would have been led to that conclusion earlier had I read the topic title.

Welds on the structural bit of the launcher are looking good, although it appears the weld bead may have got a bit wavy on the chamber ends. I don't know if your particular design allows for it, but I would have had the chamber as the top rail, in place of the square tubing rail. I think having both contributes to too much vertical height. Also how this whole loading mechanism bit working? Anyway, nice metalworking, hope to see some future work along the same lines as you seem near finished on this launcher. Again nice work, and cannon.

The big one is the pressure chamber. I had som serious probles getting that one real tight. it leaked all the time, but after som (rather ugly, I know) welding it holds my "ammo" right in place .

I made a quick sketch of the bolt action mekanism.

explenation;

the green pipe is the air inlet.
the blue-ish is the barrel (air + bullet outlet)
the blue staf is the bolt-action-lever. When i pull it backwards it fetches a bullet from the magasine, and when i push it forward again, it drops it into the barrel.
red pipe is magasine.
grey is solid alu.

it works, but not perfectly (yet!).

thats a pressure washer he used for the valve and the barrel. also how much pressure are you putting in

I pump in 8 Bars, that equals about 110 Psi.

well yes, there is a problem with my thin pipes and the blow guns internal flow resistans, but the gun i built for shooting a bullet at the time so at least it fills its purpose well.

Firing multiple bullets a the "same time" would drop the pressure far to quick, so I just shot them one by one.

very nice, I like this gun, i guess 6-10 shots depends on how long you pull the trigger, its also a looks a bit heavy

yes, perhaps a bit strange choice of colors but i think it looks nice .

And yes, it's heavy. But not to heavy to carry around.

Damage pictures might come later on, but right now i graduating from my school, so it will take a while before I have time to play with it.
