Im not really sure what your talking about, but I know that for a fact nothing can be attached to the car at all by any method. (except for decals/paint)

I have another question though. I just applied the sanding sealer today and it says the drying time is 72 hours before applying paint. This seems a bit long to me, especially because the stuff dried almost instantly. Can I paint before 72 hrs?

Also, can I sand the rough spots off the sanding sealer with 600 grit, or does that ruin its purpose?

Look for the finished car withing a week, it will probably be on a new post.

You have to reapply after resanding. Is it spray or brush on?

It is brush on, but I dont want to reapply the sanding sealer, because first of all I need to keep the car light, and second the guy at the hobby shop who is very experienced said that if the car was sanded with 600 grit it wouldnt need a second coat because the pores cant soak up much.

What you need to do, is to super-polish the axle, and lubricate it with graphite. Won me the pinewood derby when I was a Scout.
