Its called The FM cannon(frusturation management)

Its a 2 inch barrel sealing piston cannon.

that tee on the air chamber looks like it is dvw.A big no-no.but very professonal looking,clean construction otherwise

it looks like it is a sch 40, 4" diameter end cap .he painted it bronze.
