I get a message saying combustion incomplete. what would I change to get complete combustion?

may be the extreme low disk burst pressure..
set it at 340psi etc

Alter the chamber shape or increase the barrel length.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?

You usually get that when you set the disks way too low. There's really no point of using 5x if the disk bursts at 100psi...

Do keep in mind, folks, that HGDT is still in an early beta form. I wouldn't put toooo much faith in the numbers yet.
