In my opinion, you've received some good advice, and some not so good.
I'll tell you to hang that sucker on the wall, and build something safe to use.
That's my opinion, and my advice to you, take it or leave it.

ps. The abs dwv I have access to locally actually has a pressure rating printed on it. Irregardless of diameter, all the pipes have a rating of 320kpa or ~46psi. Is it wise to promote exceeding the rated pressure of a pipe?
