Well of course I could!
Original valve + machined block.

Block on top of it (not yet bolted down). Black stuff are two types of rubber sheet which are used as sealing face and gasket.

The only thing that was not machined on a mill/lathe is the cone on the piston. This picture proves that I can also build awesome stuff without the use of a lathe or mill.
Just a drill clamped in the vice, and some sharp or rough tools.

A few specs:
-1/2" valve
-1/4" threads to be tapped in the top.
-20mm piston made from Delrin rod.
-Piston diameter is only 0.01 to 0.02 mm smaller then housing's, near airtight without friction.
This valve will probably serve as pilot valve on BTB's "Mr Porter".
