Gort's Gigantic Slip'n'Slide!

So it was real hot today and me and Josh were bored as usual. So we went right to doing something constructive (/destructive) that would cool us down and keep us entertained.

Josh's girlfriend's dad - I'll give you a few seconds to let that sink in - was able to get us some huge plastic 24" pipe cover that is 8 mills thick (16 since it is actually a tube)!

We took it and layed it down the hill over some other tarps for extra padding and set up a stopper wall with floaty toys to stop the trees from making us die. I rather dislike death when it's my own...

Lol, thats sweet man. I would put it on a steep hill.. Maybe thats a bad idea though . I wonder how much somethin like that would cost..

Thats the coolest slip and slide ever imagine pitting that down a really steep hill that ends up in a lake. Where to find something like that? golf course.

Yeah I really wish there was a lake at the bottom of the hill. I do have a creek about 20 feet from the bottom though. But that wouldn't be very fun...

I have no idea on the actual cost, but it was free for me!

Looks fun! Ill download the vids when ever I get un-lazy :-p Watching you slip and slide HAS to be funny. I havent been on a slip n' slide forever. Although for the end of Hell week for football we have a big "anus" one. Thats next Friday. (Yea I know it seems a bit childish and such for a whole bunch of muscly guys to run around on slip n' slides, but its true :-p)

Im trying to deter from swear words and in there place stuff like "frick'" "darn" "shoot" "crap" "heck", etc. Its like 50-60yds long on our practice feild. (We do it everyear)

Hey in my school we do the same thing, after the first semester we can slide in this gigantic slip n slide thing it 30-50 yds long, this year i heard that the whole athletic dpt will do it (im in tennis and football) so it is gointg to be fun.
