Indeed. If her age is equal to or above the legal age of consent according to local and federal regulations, she's old enough :)

Nah. Anybody who ran a smidgeon of track at any point in their lives could run faster.

Problem is, I think you would run out of steam around 100 meters out and it would overtake you. (and slay you with its poison-tipped feet) :roll:
