hello fellow spud gunners, my name is Cameron and i have built a basic pneumatic with a jar top valve, 3" chamber, and interchangeable 2" SCH 80 or 3" SCH 40 barrels

the above image is the origanal configuation that i used to launch super balls/apples, plenty of power for me.

what i am now trying to do is launch tee shirts/large chuck it balls(which fit perfectly in 3in sch 40 btw) and i have a few questions
1 whats the best/easiest way to attach the barrel to the chamber, i have noticed wood being used alot so i tried with my original but as you can see im no wood-smith. was thinking about an old rubber bushing i had laying around from past automotive projects with a big worm drive clamp so i can change barrels easier
2 i want to launch tee shirts so ill need to add portability. i was thinking either a 5-10 pound CO2 tank with industrial type reg or similar sized nitrogen tank and industrial reg concealed in a back pack, but am open to suggestions
im sorry for the grammar and spelling errors this may contain me no good at sentence structure
Damage videos to follow if i get some good feedback 8)

To be honest there is nothing wrong with your current setup, just trim the sides of the wood down to they are less obtrusive.

Go with nitrogen or HPA, and make sure you have a safety pop-off valve to make sure you cannot accidentally over-pressurize.

Interesting little *cough* at the end there - did you press the blowgun valve and release, then press it again?

I'm busy building a similar setup. What sort of range are you getting with the 2" barrel?
