<div align="center">COPPER PISTON CANNON

this is my copper cannon modeled after plasticex009's HVPL-01 the chamber volume is 930ML, the barrel volume is 210ml, i plan to get a larger barrel, the chambers are dual 24" 1" copper, and the barrel is 36" 1/2" copper. the piston is a neoprene washer, a 1/4" bolt, 4 washers, a lock washer, a 3/4" plywood spacer, and a nut, it doesnt bend or destroy itself anymore. it exhausts from a 1" sprinkler valve modded with a blowgun, the fill valve is a quick connect with 3/8" threads, the tee is 1/2" i've also included some damage pics. during one shot the bolt i was shooting didn't have enough power to penetrate the target, and it ricocheted and hit me in the thumb i had on the trigger, felt like i hit myself with a hammer

the top of the lawnmower (used for my air compressor) was hit with a 7/16" bolt at 60 PSI, it was also hit a few other times with a wooden dowel, but it didnt penetrate it, infact, the dowl cracked in half.
the coffee can was shot many times with plastic wire nuts and AAA batteries

Well, not the cleanest solder job I've ever seen, but you cant argue with the results!
Sad thing is, It is still better than my soldering :P

it may not be pretty, but the bastard doesnt leak, the solder job isnt bad for a person who hasnt done it in probably 20 years (my grandpa) he also "tinned" the solder, he put solder on both ends of the pipe, like we do with PVC glue, then he put them together, and applied some more heat to make sure it stuck, and he put another ring of solder around the joint

you just need a propane torch, some leather glove, some flux, a brush to apply it, steel wool, and the correct solder
