How did I answer my own problem?

You said, "I have a mac." WMV files are Windows Media files. Macs can't play WMV files, unless you have boot camp and are running windows on Mac hardware...

I don't know, you might be able to find a third-party program that can play WMV's on a Mac, but I personally have a large amount of distrust for third-party apps that you get free on the internet.

I'm using a MacBook with Firefox and I downloaded Flip4Mac WMV Plug-In. Works like a charm.
