Pressure activated paintball landmine

Cannons powered by pneumatic pressure (compressed gas) using a valve or other release.

I was researching pvc paintball landmines and I came to this one it is very good and professional. Will it be an easy and good make? I think it would mostly consist of a washout plug and a threaded cap.
