He over reacts to it. That would be very fun to shoot at a neighbors house, but other wise I think it is a bit bulky. If you can get it compact, then sure, I will take one.

Yup, vortex cannon is the closest you'd get to the fiction in the video. I'm sure you can get a more powerful vortex by using solid reactants... but I can't imagine anyone on this forum building a handheld HE vortex cannon.
