I saw this on youtube but dont know would that work with hybrid cannon. Maybe already someone made one like this?

Yes, but H<sub>2</sub>/O<sub>2</sub> is a shitty gas to use in those proportions, 5:1 or 10:1 H<sub>2</sub>/O<sub>2</sub> would work for lighter projectiles, but there's not much pressure generated, and the product (Gaseous 2H<sub>2</sub>O) is a pretty average propellant gas, molecular weight is too high.
