I've built this one a few months ago .Originally it was designed as a ropethrower for rescue purpose, etc but it can also launch many other shell.
Basic data
weigh appr.6kg/14lb
length 1.3meter/51in
chamber volume 1.45L/88in3
muzzle speed /at 1.2Mpa/175psi,CO2
ropethrowing shell 50mm/250gram 55m/s or 180FPS
golf ball 44 gram appr 120m/s or 390 fps.
During outdoor test, this puppy can throw a ropethrowing shell with fishing line which can hold 200 lbs about 100 meters/328ft away and 415 meters/1,360ft for the golf ball.
*According to GPS track data.
Main body is made of 2' steel tube ,and I added a stock to hold the recoil.Refill set include a 3kg/6.5lbs CO2 fire extingusher which holds the CO2 ,enough for about 75 shots at 175 psi.
You can hold it on your shoulder or plug it to the ground and fire like the M224 mortar.

Nicely put together! Looks like you can push it a bit further that 175 psi but around 235 ft lbs for that golf ball at the muzzle is quite impressive
