Orbit Watermaster Jartop 574461 vs Rainbird CP-100

I've had 2 out of 4 defective 57101 (the 1" with a lever) and the shops I buy from are all out of those. But they had plenty of Jartop 1" (574461) and 1" CP-100 as alternatives. The Jartop seems a bit more difficult to use with this bleed valve but "appears" to me like it may be easier to mod since the solenoid is on top.

1) Is it true that the Jartop is more prone to leak?
2) Some people say CP-100 doesn't give enough flow, is it worse than the Jartop?


Between the two of these, which one should I keep? Any opinions on the Lawn Genie?

I have Lawn Genie valves on my guns and they work okay. Easy to mod, but they have a guide rod and all you have to do with that is bend one end of it into a L so it stays. Hope this helps ya.
