Ok, I'll post the entirety of the cannon once its complete. Its my first coax, third cannon. Its a fixed diaphragm 4" with a sleeved 2" barrel for GB. I'm using an Orbit Watermaster 1" for my triggering system. It is modified using tap and threaded to 1/4. Now, my issue is this...

After porting the sprinkler valve I decided to try using a 1/2 bit to tap a hole on the bottom of the sprinkler for a Schrader. The Solenoid hole has been JBed so I know that's not the issue. The diaphragm is clean and greased and the body is cleaned as well. I've tried to move the inflow so it facing (the indicator arrows) in towards the piston and out towards the exhaust. Either way, I cannot seal.

I've tried my other pneumatics valve and it works just fine so I'm sure that it isn't my diaphragm.

I also just added a stronger spring but haven't tested it yet.

Any thoughts on the problems?

I take it that will allow for a better seal by a quicker equalisation of the pressure between the upper and lower portions of the valve?
