Hello again, this is the new version of my previous gun:

http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/vintore ... 22610.html

This time it is multi-shot and it is breech-loading. The wood, the barrel and the air tank are the same, as you can see. The tank is slightly changed ( the ugly welding at the end is gone :D ). The stock is still detachable.
The hammer valve is very simple, but it works. I tried to make the BTB counterbalanced design, but I failed miserably. If I find some suitable parts I will try again :D . During the building of the gun I discovered the magical world of the polyester raisin and fiberglass and I used them to fixate the rail and the safety valve together and to cast holders for the hammer tube. I hope in next projects i'll find some more applications for it. Compared to the first version this one is less powerful, but the trigger pull is much better. Now i need a manometer and a fridge compressor. If I manage to achieve decent power i might buy a cheap 6.35 barrel, it will spare me lots of lead casting and will improve accuracy ( now my barrel is slightly bent ). I found spare turkish barrels for 20 euros.

Sorry for the retarded diagram on the last picture, but that was the only way to show you the inner parts , because I borrowed a camera from a friend and i had no time to disassemble the gun.

I'll be happy to hear your thoughts and ideas for improvement.

And again - sorry for my broken english.

looks great you should paint the epoxied parts with brown paint to make them look more like wood.

warhead052 - I'm from Bulgaria and here, in almost every online weapon store there are HATSAN 125 barrels for 22 euros and HATSAN AT 44 for 40 euros ( 125 is for break barrel, at44 is for pcp)

At the moment i cant make video, because i don't have camera :(

Why would I hate my self?

Bahur, Those barrels aren't bad, I had a hatsan before I joined spudfiles, and before I even really knew what it was. Shame my mom threw it out.

How much pressure do you get with that homemade pump?

Looks good there!

The hammervalve you're using should be more than fine for a 6.35 barrel.

Seems like a good homemade airgun to me!

I dont have any idea to what preassure my pump is capable of, but after 100-120 strokes the check valve starts to leak. Today my hammer spring broke so I have to find another one that fits , or make one.

Also I have a question - what is the standard thread for manometers and can it be adapted to 1/2 ? ( im not sure if there is a standart manometer thread but i have 3 broken ones and they are all with the same thread - it looks like this

finally - im glad you like it

:)

Gorgeous gun! I must say I have always wanted to do a hammer valve gun like this.

Whats the odd looking plumbing part labeled on the bottom picture?

Ahh, I thought it looked familiar. Any reason why this is useful here? It looks like it was used as a Tee, I'm wondering if I'm missing something.

I didn't bought it specially for this purpose, just spot it lying in the plumbing box , it was broken and i thought " hmm this might work" . I used it because I needed a part with 1 female and 1 male end , also I thought this upper part would be suitable to fixate the loading mechanism on it. Now I realize I can use valve extension like this http://www.westradiators.co.uk/radiator ... -C-LPU.jpg , to put a hole in it and connect it with the loading part , then cast a resin block around it for sturdiness and it would look better.
